DOES THOROUGHBRED GRILLZ USE REAL GOLD?
YES! Thoroughbred Grillz uses certified high quality materials to hand craft your grill.
At Thoroughbred Grillz we pride ourselves on providing the best products using the best materials to our customers.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
It will take 10 to 14 business days after mold has been processed for us to hand craft your grill.
Once your order is complete, you will be notified of pick up time and/or the order will be shipped using your selected shipping terms.
WHAT IF I WANT A GRILL THAT IS NOT LISTED?
Please contact Thoroughbred Grillz for special orders including Diamonds, Opals and other unique designs.
These orders may require a multi fitting process & longer preparation time.
WHAT IF MY GRILL DOESN'T FIT WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
There are several options to remedy this issue. Commonly all grillz will have to adjust to your teeth after removing it from the mold.
If it doesn't fit correctly, we may have to reprocess and/or send it back for adjustments.
Some adjustments may be made prior to reprocessing.
If it still doesn't have the proper fit we will have to remold. Standard processing and/or shipping will still apply.
